The only thing I remember ever wanting to do was hair.
Around the age of 4, I started obsessing with playing with my mom's hair. I swear it's in my blood. After high school, I went to the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis for Esthetics. In beauty school, I was nominated for my first hair award for color! After graduating beauty school, I moved back to Sioux Falls to get my Cosmetology License. I worked in a salon for the first couple of years out of school, taking in all the education I could. I opened up Pampas Hair Studio at the end of 2019, and 3 years later, I moved into a larger space.
My journey with extensions started in April 2017. After a couple of years of trial and error, I found IBE, also known as Invisible Bead Extensions and my view on extensions became forever changed. I became a part of the most amazing community where I get to work one-on-one with mentors and fellow stylists, provided with countless educational opportunities, and won't be stopping anytime soon.

I am a social butterfly in and out of the salon. There are very few things that I love more than people and growing connections; whether that's in my chair, over a cocktail, or at the dog park. If I'm not socializing, I am probably either traveling, shopping for clothes, researching new trends and styles, or decorating my home and finding inspiration on Pinterest. Something you may not expect from me is that I love to read! There was a point in my life I would read anywhere from 2/3 books a week - crazy, but it's my favorite way to disconnect.
